Environment measurement
These are meters for measuring your environment for sources of man-made EMF. I would recommend at the very least getting an all-in-one meter to detect electric fields, magnetic fields, and high frequency EMFs, like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular, etc. Safe Living Technologies has some good options for these. Other meters to test your environment may include a 5G meter (20-40 GHz) or a spectrometer. A spectrometer can measure visible light in your environment and allow you to see whether IR or UV light is being removed
Man-made light protection
Get true blue-blocking glasses that have been tested, or test them yourself. There are two types: yellow lenses for daytime blue light blocking, from digital screens or closed windows, and amber lenses for blocking all light in the blue spectrum after sunset. These will help you be healthier in our modern world, but they aren’t perfect. You should still avoid light after dark and screens when you can. You should monitor your stress levels while using these glasses, as I have (alongside many others as well) noticed an extreme sense of peacefulness when wearing these, even outdoors. If you have been blue light toxic for a long time, even blue light from the sun can feel a bit stressful at first, and these can help in short doses
Grounding
These sandals/shoes help you stay grounded when you would like to have some sort of protection for your feet. I personally wear these most of the time when I’m not barefoot
